This is for Customers: 30 Days Accident Free - Cookout (Burgers, Cheese Burgers, Steak, etc...), 60 Days Accident Free - Steak and Shrimp, 90 Days Accident Free - Steak, Shrimp and Lobster (Yes, Lobster). This is for Associates: 30 Days Accident Free: Ice Cream or Cookout, 60 Days - Steak and Shrimp, 90 Days - Steak, Shrimp and Lobster, 120 Days - Meals Catered, 150 Days - Cookout from District Management ( I believe ). They changed up since the incentive a bit from last year. Also, our Associate Accident Free is up to 33 Days and 15 Days for Customers. The Remodel is actually preventing Customer Accidents, but not the same for Associates.
